All orders are shipped promptly, within 7 business days of payment clearing. ^^^PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL BE AWAY FROM MY SHOP FOR SEVERAL WEEKS THIS SPRING. ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN MARCH 17 - MAY 15 WILL BE SHIPPED ON OR BY MAY 20, 2019^^^

If the item you ordered is out of stock, I will notify you immediately to let you know when it will be available. You may cancel your order for a full refund if this timetable is not convenient.

All items are shipped First Class with the USPS and items totaling over $20 include free tracking for your package. If you prefer another shipping carrier or need it faster, please feel free to message me and I will do whatever I can to assist.

Domestic shipping can take up to a week and international shipping can take up to several weeks due to delays at customs, etc, so please allow for this. Tracking is not available on international shipments.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Insurance is available for an extra charge and is an option I can provide upon request.

Otherwise, items are not insured. If you believe that your shipment was lost in the mail, please contact me and I will do what I can to help resolve the situation for you, but ultimately it is out of my control and responsibility once I place it in the mail.

I do not accept returns but if your item is not what you expected or is damaged in shipping, please contact me and I will gladly work with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
